Default HFS-3 in porsche 997TT

hello , after 1 week i will receive the meth kit , i ordered 3 jets , 2x 1.0mm and .9mm !!!

will use 2x1.0mm jet !!

i have many questions please :

1- is the 996tt dme wiring the same of the 997tt to ?

2- if i did not wire the failsafe cut boost wire , will this couse a problem ?

3- how should i set the system ?

Sorry for the late reply

Answers to your questions:

1. As far as I know they are the same.
2. You can leave the fail safe out, no problems
3. You just use the default settings from the factory.

another qusetion please ,,
as i read in the book that the fast acting valve should be used in the engine area ,, in fact am afraid that heat in this area will effect sensor reading ?? so is there away to protect it from heat ??

How high is regarded as high temperature? There are cooler places in the engine bay, you will be a better persion to find it.

i installed everythings .. so i moved to next step , which is testing ..

i tested the system as the book , everythings were fine , gauge was fine , controller was fine , but when i want to active the pump it did not turn on .... why is that ??

How did you activate the pump? Make sure the 15A fuse in in place.

Like this:
- pump activation only: jumper SYS "in" with FAV "out".
- pump and FAV activation together: jumper SYS "in" with FAV "in".

we installed the system like the digrum said !!! also i tried testing FDC and BAR , they act fine and they apeared in the gauge ,, but the when i tried to test the pump , it did not work !!

can you take a close up picture of the under side of the circuit board for me please. Use macro mode if possible.

It appeared the wiring is perfect.
