I like to see the underside of the circuit board of the controller. Especially near the blue harness.

i tried to do the test again ,,, i started the ignition and the yellow led in the gauge light up , after few secs the whole gauge light too .. i started the engine , the green light in the controller flicker and once i press the pedal it speeds up !!! so am sure that wires are connected as it should be !!!

now test the injection(( ENGINE OFF )) JUST IGNITION :

i tried both , link the fav , unlink the fav ..

FDC : just the S led flicker
BAR : the bar turn red (3 bars only ) and the ((B)) LED light too
SYS: the W.injection yellow led light up and the thres red light in the controller light up also but the pump keep not working

as well as i noticed that when i turn the car complatly off the gauge did not turn off !!! it keeps lighting

First and most important:

The system's power can solely controller by the red wire of the grey connector. Make sure this red wire only receive 12V power at the pre-crank key position.

The pictires are excellent. All seemed to be normal.

One more test for me please. Please measure the blue and red wire with a voltmeter from undeneath the relay. With ther FAV unlinked and SYS linked, you should see 12V across those two wires. If you see 12V and the relay is not clicking when pluging and unpluging it. It must be a faulty relay.

Bridge the two thick red wires below the relay socket.

We are getting close, I hope.

I was referring to the two think red wire underneath the relay.

On efrom battery and the other to the pump. If you bridge the two, the pump should see 12V and hope it will run.
