I have some updated pics of the finished product with all the hoses attached and vinyl wrapped. I will post them up once I get my car back from being tuned at InnovativeTuning this week.

Can you please explain what you mean by "surge"? What happens during this "surge" and what causes it?

Surge would be air entering the feed line due to the water sloshing around in the tank this would interrupt the injection into the motor causing the fail safe to activate and then deactivate as soon as the level settles.. Having more than one tank should almost eliminate the possibility of air entering the feed line because the water is drawn from the secondary tank and that tank is always full because it is fed by a larger tank where almost all air from the secondary tank is sent to the larger feed tank(spec-C tank).

Surge in this case is referring the rapid movement of water during hard corninging or abrupt speed changes within the confines of the water tank. This may cause temporary starvation of the water going into the pump. Without water the pump speeds up due to lighter payload. But as soon as the water suuply is restored, the oversped pump puts a pressure spike into the system and line pressure fluctuates violently.

The surge arrestor keeps the line pressure relatively constant by supply a small amount of pressurised water to fill in the surging period.

Ok, great! Thanks for your quick reply. Is anything additional need, except for the tank, fittings and hose? Aquamist is showing a DUAL TANK ADAPTER Part #806 272 List Price: $27.30. I wonder if this is what i would need or is this for something totally off topic? If this is not what we would need, what is a "DUAL TANK ADAPTER"?

The dual tank adaptor will not work for this application.

It consists of a 1/8 BSP Swivelable 6mm tee and a rank adaptor. In your case, you need 1x 6mm to 1/8BSP and a tank adaptor. Need to purchase it separately. You can get the tank and fittings from: http://www.howertonengineering.com. whom holds good stock of tanks and selection of fittings.
