Default HFS 6 questions and issues

Hi Richard and the Aquamist staff,

Please help me trouble shoot my HFS 6 system. It stopped working a while ago. The initial symptoms would include water level light flashing while boosting, then water level and boosting lights flashing with no injection, and then no injection when reached boosting rpm (3000 rpm). The same symptoms had occurred twice. The first time when it happened GTM, my installer, said that it stopped working because the flow module reached some sort of preset threshold and the Aquamist staff told them to reset the module. The second time when it happened, I had to purchase a new flow module from GTM and it worked for a while and the same symptom reoccurred. My question is can you go over the troubleshoot procedures with me to reset my HFS 6 system without having to go back to my installer (since they are extremely busy and the down time is usually at least three months)? Thank you.

I am curious to know the problem seemed to be reoccuring.

Can you do a few tests for me...

1. Remove the 4mm hose from the FCM outlet port
2. out the system on TST and tell me if there are water flow out of the FCM
3. If thereis, tell me if you see the gauge showing readings.
4. Take a picture of the FCM and post it here to email it to me.
