Default restrictors and nozzles

could you please suggest, I have aquamist HSF-6. I would like to use 0.9 mm nozzle and maximum boost would be 26 psi, so I assume that the nozzle is going to pump 490 cc of mixture. What restrictor should I use ? We have 380 cc, 680cc and 1080.

And in general how the restrictors should correspond to nozzle sizes ?

Always use the next higher flow one. In this case, 608cc. Are you running M50:W50?

At 26 psi, you can easily run two jets.

Will try running 30 PSI at 3200-5000 revs down to 24.5 psi at 7000 down to 22 psi at 8000.

That's low boost and 1 nozzle
What jets/restrictors would you recommend me using. I hope to reach 500hp with 50/50 water/methanol.

For 500+ BHP, you should run 0.8 + 1mm. Don't forget your idc is relatively low due to large injector size. One 0.8mm jet is too low.

For M50:W50, you should run between 15-20% to fuel flow. 15-20% of 4x 1000cc Fuel injector is 600-800cc/min of M50:W50.
