Default HFS2 Question - 1.8T

Hi,
i have a question - My setup has changed a bit.

i used to use 317 cc injectors and 3 bar fpr on my old tune
now i use 440cc injectors and 4bar fpr (maffless)
my wmi setup is and was 0.9mm nozzle & 1mm nozzle
activating on mps 0.65 bar, max gain and jumper is on pwm mode
i have cleaned the nozzles and tested on sys all is fine.
i notice that i used to use much more meth before than now
is this because my IDC is less now than before?
my intake temp drops from 60 c to 20-40 c now on a hot day
i feel like i will benefit if i spray more - do i change the pump pressure using allen key.
or do i change mode to SSG?
or does the pump pressure stay the same on PWM ans SSG
or should i up the gain to 1.5X on the board by soldering?
will i make more power if i change anything or should i just leave it as is?

or maybe i am not understanding how it works
when trig is on MPS and mode on PWM how does it work?

Not sure why you are using more meth with large injectors with less IDC.
The pump pressure should stay the same in any mode.

Th eonly thing i can think of is when you cleaned your jets, Did you put it back properly and tested the spray pattern?

Do not link x1.5 but you can increase the gain.

I see. You can always increase the flow with the "GAIN" trimmer.

my gain is already on max
intake temps are dropping just as before by +- 40 degrees
but im just curious as to why its using less meth..
no settings were changed on the controller
setup of car changed
spray was tested after cleaning nozzle's by jumping sys
all was fine and fitted..

only difference besides the extra power is that my dyno graph is much smoother now
so maybe its requesting a linear flow
previous graph was bumpy
i will strip and refit the nozzle's in 2 weeks i see small kink in one of the pipes to the 1 nozzle but i doubt its that...

Drop in flow could be due to the viscosity increace of water as temperature drops. If add some methanol, you will see a flow increase.

If you have a HFS2, how you you know the flow has dropped? There are no dash gauge with the system. Other than the tank lasted a bit longer than before.

i used to inject 70% meth & 30% water
now i inject 100% meth or 90% meth & 10% water

I cannot seriously look into this based on your top up intervals, sorry. I wish you told me this earlier.
