Default Flow Sensor issues on new install

Hello Aquamist fellows, doing a new HFS-3 install on a car here in the shop as we've done many times. Except the flow sensor is intermittently working, and only if I wiggle the harness where it enters the hall sensor.

Is it possible the impeller is stuck in the FAV body itself? or is the hall sensor half dead from new?

Any help would be appreciated.

Default Re: Flow Sensor issues on new install

Please send me a picture of the suspect area. Well focused picture will be nice.

The sensor is embedded with epoxy, it is quite secure but it can happen because the cable sleeves are made of vinyl. pm me your address just in case.

Richard
