Default Small displacement turbodiesel info?

Hi, I've been looking for some WI info that's specifically directed at small displacement/~1bar boost turbodiesel engines. Most of the literature is either for the spark ignition or large displacement/high boost diesel truck markets.

I'm currently in the process of installing a small sidemount intercooler to my '87 Mercedes 300TD (3.0L inline six) and would like to augment with a dual stage WI setup. Is there any info out there for smaller/low boost diesel applications?

TIA

Casey

Diesel engine output will benifit greatly with water/methanol mix. Methanol provide the fuel and water suppresses the onset of detonation induced by the methaol.

The exact WM % is by experiment. I worked on an industrial diesel engine recently and have found WM 87/13 ratio allows go od gain in power without detomation.
