Jennychem says there methanol is 99.85 % pure, if I stir it quite a few bubbles are produced, I will test with different flow sensor and let you know my findings

Thanks for your support

Tested with new sensor assembly on, seems to of sorted the problem and is definitely more responsive to flow.

Can I send my suspected broken one to you for testing just to be sure? Would it be best for me to buy an up to date new sensor?

I really cannot not spend the time on something that has been replaced a few years ago. it just does not make sense.

Why do you need to buy a new sensor assembly if you already have one running good?

The methanol may be 99.85% pure in a sealed tank. But once open and mixed, anything can happen unless you have a controlled environment/clean room facility.

I am not a chemist. Didn't it be better to ask Jerrychem why their methanol produces bubble when mixed with Demin water. (assuming the dimin water is also 99.85% pure).
