Re: causes for irratic or low flow readings
Jennychem says there methanol is 99.85 % pure, if I stir it quite a few bubbles are produced, I will test with different flow sensor and let you know my findings
Thanks for your support |

Re: causes for irratic or low flow readings
Tested with new sensor assembly on, seems to of sorted the problem and is definitely more responsive to flow.
Can I send my suspected broken one to you for testing just to be sure? Would it be best for me to buy an up to date new sensor? |

Re: causes for irratic or low flow readings
I really cannot not spend the time on something that has been replaced a few years ago. it just does not make sense.
Why do you need to buy a new sensor assembly if you already have one running good? The methanol may be 99.85% pure in a sealed tank. But once open and mixed, anything can happen unless you have a controlled environment/clean room facility. I am not a chemist. Didn't it be better to ask Jerrychem why their methanol produces bubble when mixed with Demin water. (assuming the dimin water is also 99.85% pure).
