Exclamation Supra double ERL 2d system flow calculations

Hey peeps,

i am really confused with my setup and hope to get some help here.

Let me introduce my ride and my setup first, in order to give you some information:

Its all about a Toyota Supra 3 liter engine and a turbonetics turbocharger.

Engine Setup:
WHP: ~500 HP
EHP: ~550 HP
Boost 1,5 bar / 22 PSI

Aquamist Setup:
Earl Aquamist 2D setup with TWO pumps (old versions 806-052 race version) in parallel setup.
Injection before throttle body, after intercooler.

Plan:
Use watercooling setup as a safety function with 50/50 % mixture meth.

My question is:
1. How much water/meth ccm should i inject per minute?

2. Which nozzle size is recommended?

3. Is one big or two smaller nozzles better?

4. If injected before throttle body, should i use a checkvalve?

5. Does a priming pump help to increase pressure with my setup?

I searched the web and could not find any calculator for Erl Aquamist systems. Is there any?
