Using a Wolf 3dV4 ECU

Hey Guys
I'm running a Wolf 3DV4 ecu for fuel and ignition.
Is anybody running their system from this ecu and if so what is your setup?
I plan or running an Aquamist WI injector with an 8000 series Shurflo pump.
I am running 550cc and 1600cc injectors. I am hoping to trigger the WI injector via an aux output of the ECU.
Because I am running large secondaries i can't pull a suitable signal from either injector pulse. The 550cc are too low in Ohms to get a reading. I want to run WI at 18% of total fuel delivery or am I missing something?
