Default system 2d problem

Hi,

Yesterday I had my System 2d kit installed. On the drive home the blue led started flashing under 80%ish throttle (which I assume means its working ok) and then started to bog at WOT, so I assumed its running too rich (10.9:1) and/or too much water (0.7mm on 440cc injectors ~ 14.77% pure water at the mo), so I backed off and drove home normally. When I got near my house I started to lean the map a little then try again, but no more flashing blue light just a constant red one. Looking at the small a5 diagram it says its a 'water system fault'. What could have gone wrong on the drive home? What causes it to stop working?

I checked the electrical connections and nothing appears to have come loose. The FiA2 module is pulsing with the injectors and the red light comes on but so does the red status LED and it sounds like it clicks when it comes on. Is there anything I can troubleshoot without taking it back to the workshop?

Many thanks,

Brad

Sorry for the late reply.

It sounded like the system ahs sucked in a small amount of air and the pump keeps running to re-prime. The failsafe detected this a switch on the red led. The failsafe detects clogged jet as well as pump running during non-injection period.
