Default really need help guys.

Hi guys I have the aquamist system setup on my s3 8l. I was driving bk from having my engine rebuilt and the blue light on my dash got stuck on injecting the mixture into my engine . I turned off the engine to reset. I then crawled back on no boost and took it apart to check if there were any bad conection. It all seemed fine. I then carried on driving it for another 100 miles with no problems. Now the same thing has happened tonight!!! Any body had these issues before or could point me in the right direction. thanks
