Default hfs6 fcm problem

Hi Richard and All,

I used HFS-6 osa for a whole season and everything was fine, but a few months ago the circuit board inside the flow control module burn down, probably becouse of overheating under hood. I tried to fix the board, but I can't do it without it's circuit diagram...

In a couple of threads in this forum I found Richard L wrote how to convert the FCM to be driven directly from the controller:
"open up the FCM...

1. Pick out the brown wire from the 8-core cable
2. Cut it as closely as possible from the circuit board.
3. Cut the "non-red" wire off the solenoid valve pin. Tape it up.
4. Solder the brown wire to the same pin.
5. Now the valve is driven directly from the controller."

I did this, did the manual test "TST" and it worked!
But the problem is, I can't see any flow on the gauge while driving.
Leds on controller are blinking, IDC signal is correct, I set THRES ADJ to 12%IDC, it sprays at WOT, (I checked) but the gauge doesn't show it. It show w.inj and s leds on. I tried calibrating sc but there's still no flow showing under duty.
I'm confused if it actually flows proper but the gauge doesn't show it?
Is it ok running this configuration or I need to rebuild FCM? or get new one?
I can solder or anything...
Please, looking for your help...

Did you put the lid of the FCM back on before testing?

yes, I reassembled it back and connected black (-) wire to chasis before "TST"
