no green LED

i just finished installing the HFS-2/3.1 pwm in a 2004 silverado turbocharged and i do not have a green led flicker at start up. On the gray ecu connector i have the green wire going to the negative trigger side of the injector and the red going to 12v ign. Any help would be appreciated

Yes sir i got it figured out, but still having an issue during testing, no fluid is coming out the other side of the flow meter i have double checked all my wring, pump is turning on and fluid come out of the feed line to the valve but nothing comes out the other end
