Default Gauge problem?

I've installed everything per the directions and my gauge led's stay lit all the time all the bars are lit, ibe tried to change them with the dials and no luck am I doing something wrong? The jets do spray car has been tuned already but I can't get the bars to work thanks...

please check the gauge cable. Col0ur orders should be mirrored

Good.

Did you hook up the dimmer circuit? Purple wire on the 4-pole power-in connector.

another possibility could be tiny strands of wire is shorting across the tip of the RJ45. You need a powerful magnifying glass to examining it properly. This can happen on an flexibily cable.

It is hooked up to a headlight switch and I did look at te ends and it seems that there is a strand of wire from the grey going to the white

I found a cable and now I have a different problem haha my luck, gauge works somewhat now, when I turn the sc the gauge flickers far left it goes fully lit far right ir turns off and the other two dials dont show bars moving? Should they move so I know what it's set at or just by the clicks, thanks for the help

Whatever you do , do not use a standard off the shelf RJ cable as they are non-mirrored and twisted. You can damage the gauge and have unexpected results.

How long ago have you had the system? I like to check if we have some gauge cable problem during that period. Pml me your address, I will send to a tested cable (by me) just in case.

I've had the system since October but it has not Bren installed until now, I did use a cable and that does affect it like you said so I'll unplug that now, my pm dosnt work for some reason so me address i
