Default Reduce Flow in Winter?

Should I reduce flow by pulling one of my two nozzles or reducing the size of the nozzles in winter? Temps are below freezing for 3-4 months in NH. I have been running one 0.7 mm and one 0.6mm nozzle fed by a high speed valve and Aquamist Race Pump and accumulator (essentially an early variable flow 2D System) that probably flow about the same as a single 1.0 nozzle given peak fuel injector duty cycle of about 80% (65 lb injectors) on my 99 BMW M3 supercharged with Vortech T Trim to 17.5 psi and intercooled along with many other mods to make just under 500 rwhp or probably 650 crank hp (blower saps a lot of engine power).
