Hallo Peter,

long time since your last post. I've one question which came to my mind.
How do you deal with turbo lag, as for your power you propably have a huge turbo.

Best regards

The turbo for this power does not work in the first half of useable engine rpm, that is just how it is, It's only really effective between 6,500rpm and 10,500rpm

Have not been on here for a while. These advances will go into a special dedicated car designed from the ground up to handle this level of power and utilizing the full scope of the advanced electronics package (special project I am planning), and this one (RICESP) will go back to a more normal specification befitting the special nature of the limited model it is (one of 25 original cars)... Will be back to the F40 beating set up

Still Water Injected as all turbo cars should be

Over the next little while RICESP will have its 10th anniversary (yes I have had it almost 10 years!) and to celebrate the 'old girl' which will turn 20y.o.! will have a little make over.

The work has commenced, a few changes are underway, running a different turbo system, along with detail upgrades to other sub systems in the car as well. Somewhere between the two extremes, with a greater focus on an all round package and 'good' power output.

Matt, thanks for the video tonight, your car is a fucking rocket!@
90-140kmh test, in 3rd gear, it goes, and that is low boost ~19psi lol, beauty of the RICE RACING calibration is no guess work! its fine to 30psi
Just need to wind it up if/once you get bored

Matt quote:
"Yes mate ! I'm running sticky rubber, 2nd just LAUNCHES and peels the pavement, 3rd hooks up as you can see..... It's only 18~psi ..... It spikes to 20 briefly as it comes on and dips to 18. So still a bit of work to do on the eFail2 but haven't been fussed as I'm still waiting on the kenne bell and it's pretty wild in current tune !

&

Lmfao yeah mate it's sick and the fucken thing does this ALL day EVERY day, up and down the road (the boys in the BP 100mtrs from my house love watching it wheel spin up the road several times a day !)

Even in 32c+ weather today, 50c intake temps and my passenger said "fuck it goes awesome on a hot day still !!"

It's only going to get better mate, this thing livens right up at 20-21psi so we have plenty to show yet !

Liking at that video the boost was quite stable only falling off .5~psi the higher I run the more stable it gets so I think 21-22psi will be a sweet spot

When it's time I will accommodate Grant, no point promising the world and delivering an Atlas............ leave that to other blowhards on various forums, of which there is no shortage!

Do have some 'interesting' developments on the go

or waiting 5+ years for a 'couple of days on the dyno multi turbo test' LOL.

Like last version of RICESP I'll post up when I have proper things to share that are no longer commercially sensitive and or of use to others at large simple.

I think this set up will be the 'ultimate' I'm sure you and many others will love it. Will look towards commercial production of some or all elements of it.
