Default Wiring diagram for opel (Vauxhall) astra j A14NET

Hello.

Thank you for your great product, but I encountered some problems during the settings and now I no longer have confidence in the fact that I did the right connection (that I have correct wiring connections).

Please help me find answers to the following questions:

1) Do you have wiring diagram for opel astra j (motor type A14NET)?
2) Where are should be connected white, brown and black wires located in the grey harness?
3) Fail-safe goes into "safe mode" too early and does not allow to configure boost pressrure more than 0.6 bar

Thank you in advance for your support.

1) I don't have the wiring diagram for this car. I can make one if you send me the factory ECU pinout diagram.

2) Cut the wiring between the ECU and BCV. Connect the white to the ECU side and Brown to the BCV side.

3) Trigger the system via the IDC rather via MPS. Or lower the WL trimmer (C-CW).

Thank you Richard.

What about black wire which is located in the grey harness? is it should be free (disconnected)?

Got them. Nice neat translation, thank you. According to the diagram, the engine is not direct injected. Please confirm.

Can you post a photo of the pin out side of the ECU with the connectors removed. I cannot make a drawing until I get this.

Answers:

1) No. Not yet
2) Cut wire from pin #30 of K20. Splice in the white wire (ECU side) and brown wire to the Solenoid side. Black is not used.
3) Adjust WL counter-clockwise a few clicks.

What is the maximum Fuel injector IDC%?

Hi Richard,

please see the pictures below

And yes, you are right, I have a distribution system for injection, not direct injection

Regarding IDC, I still use original mode
