Default mazda mx-5/miata ND 2016- DI with WI

Hello, please is it possible to install hfs2 WI kit to mx-5 nd 2016- 2,0skyactiv?
Is it safe to connect aquamist ecu signal input from first injector (of mazda direct injection). I would like to install smallest nozzle primary to avoid of carbon deposites of intake valves and secondary to little drop of intake air temperatures.

Your HFS2 was made in Jan 2012, US import. it will not work with direct injection engine.

I just found box from my HFS kit, with owner manual, and there is also possibility of DI connection, if I understand it right, isn it? I also find green "USER" cable harness in the box, so I think that this cable is for DI connection, please how should I adjust circuit board for mazda MX-5 ND 2016- 2,0 (118kW)?

What is the serial number of the controller? The early version of the HFS3 *(2009-2010) was our first attempt on reading DI engines, may require a great of factory support to dial it in. We don't support it anymore.

The V3 are the first controllers that support 80% of the DI engines before year 2013. V3.1 will work with 95% of the DI engines without factory support up to now. The DI technologies change rapidly over the years. The only to keep up with the technology is get the latest versions.

Thanks Richard, I just sent you serial number of HFS3 board/unit of my HFS2 kit in my previous post. It is 100981, board is black. It seems that board is HFS3 version 2. So it is possible to use this for mazda mx-5 ND production year 2016? I do not need any fail safe option. I need WI only against carbon deposites caused by DI especially on intake valves DI (like new bmw models WI for).
So, is it possible this board for my mx-5? Or do I need to send it to you to any modifications? Or you do not know, and only way for me is to solder "A" link to CUST (cut link PWM -) and in "B" section cut link x1.0 and solder it to x2.5 and try it in my car if it run? I will send pinout of my engine ECU from workshop manual to correct connection of DI for first injector.

What is the serial number of the controller? I can give you any certainty that a controller designed in the year of ~2011 will work work a 2016 DI engine. Assuming the MX5 is a di engine? 5 year is a long time in the DI technology. No harm in trying?

Your photo doesn't seem to work.

I know nothing about the DI system of the MX5. Do you have any information on the Di technology they use?
