Default question about failsafe and greddy profec b2

i am helping someone with the hfs3 install. he has a jdm 8mr evo. the issue is that he is using a gredy profec b2 to control the boost. and i am not sure how to get the profec to drop boost. i searched on the forum and someone mentioned a remote harness. but that does not come with the controler as standard. so i need another option.

does anyone know if i can splice into the solinoid wire and use the fail safe wires black and brown on the hfs3 to cut the signal on the solinoid.

thank

You can cut one of the wire to the solenoid valve from the "profec b2". Preferrably the pulsed leg. Splice in the brown (valve side) and white on thw "profec b2" side. No need to use the black.
