That makes it a bit easier.

Just tried the system. No green flashing light again, just solid once I touch the throttle.

System behaves identical, but now the threshold is much more clockwise.

Still no spray at load and wot, or it sprays at any throttle input. As stated by my question above, I think it can't tell the difference between cruise and load as it is now seeing 3 volt for all conditions. I will measure the voltage again when my buddy gets here and report back. What is the next step if the numbers are as I expect? I would prefer not to have to use the map signal, as I remember reading from you how much better idc is.
Thanks again for your help Richard

Can you tell me how the red and green wire of grey harness is wired and does your injectors use a resistor pack?

Do you use the Green harness?

I hooked them into the ecu wires right below the ecu, per the drawing and ecu pinout provided by tephra in his post. I soldered them to the wires without cutting the original wire. These are my injectors: http://www.maperformance.com/evo-x-f...127-1100h.html

I purchased mine like 3 years ago, but should be the same. I'm using the plug and play adapters but no resistor pack as far as I know.

The only wiring I'm not sure about would be the head lamp switch cause it is not dimming, but that's a very minor issue at this point I think.

There is something weird, just does not make sense.

As I asked before, may be I was not being clear. I will do this step by step.

1. Are you using the grey harness to detect fuel IDC?
2. Where is the red wire of the grey harness soldered into?
3. Where is the green wire of the grey harness soldered into.

1. Yes I'm using the grey connector wires.
2. The green wire goes to wire of pin 18
3. The red wire goes to wire of pin 92.
