Yes. This system addresses all the things that I am looking for with a W/M/I system.

I live in a rather hot climate. The system will be in an area that does not get natural ventilation. Would the fan improve pump life?

The fan helps for continuous duty, 20-30 minute track sessions with the tank in a closed environment. Otherwise for street driving and such it shouldn't be an issue.
