Default Mix is draining, will a solenoid help?

I have a pre-turbo and post turbo nozzle set up, with the check valve before the T. The pre-turbo nozzle is the lowest point in the system, and it seems that the mix is draining into the preturbo nozzle.

If I get into boost and then have to slow down, my car stumbles and will sometimes die. This tells me that I am draining or that the mix I am spraying is too much for the pre-turbo location.

What I was thinking about is moving the check valve to the upper post turbo nozzle, and mounting a solenoid at the pre-turbo nozzle
