Default Help my pump has stopped working

Don't know what went wrong, but the pump stopped working, no sound and water at all.

I've checked the fuse, and pressure switch are ok.

Checked the outer wires from the 3 wire connector, +12 and negative are ok.

Who can i be sure the pump is dead? The system 1s only 1 year in the car!!!

serial No. 9918695

Should I disassemble the pump?

Sorry, for posting in the wrong place, I have made a post here: http://www.aquamist.co.uk/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1430

Maybe it's better to contact Aquamist directly, or at least post on the special forum http://www.aquamist.co.uk/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=30
