Default My HSV has stopped working, can it be repaired?

I've been having a few problems with my set up so I decided to make some changes and raise the pressure. When I pulled every thing out of the car and tested it I found that the HSV can barley cycle  Is there any way to repair it or am I going to have to spend some $$$ on a new one.

I had the HSV for a long time and feel it would not be right to ask for any type of warranty.

Thanks.

You can service it yourself - it is very simple.

You need to prise out the folded part of the stainless outer sleeve, ease the internals out and clean it up. I suspect there are some foreign bodies in there.

I know it wont look as good when you re-assemble it, but it will work as new, since the folded part of the sleeve will not interfere with the designed internal clearance.

We do keep some spares, let me know the problem.
