Default FCM issue

Hello,

I’ve unfortunately run into an issue with my HFS6. The system has been working flawlessly for the past few years, but I’m now running into an issue where there is no spray coming out of the spray nozzle. Pump turns on and there is flow all the way to the FCM, but nothing out of the FCM. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thank you in advance for any and all help.

Is it doing this under TST mode as well? Curious to see what could cause this..

Yes. In TST mode pump turns on and delivers water all the way to the FCM but nothing come out of said FCM.

I am only learning this system, but I would guess at first but maybe a blockage in the jet or line? Or see if voltage is getting to the solenoid in the FCM? Not sure what the coil voltage would be, I would presume 12VDC.

There doesn’t seem to be any kind of blockage in the jet or line. I will test for voltage and report back. Thank you for the help/suggestions so far.

Undo the hose at the outlet of the FCM and see if there are any water coming out there.

Hi Richard,

I went ahead and did as you said and there is no water coming out of the FCM when in TST mode. I also noticed that the green light at the ENGINE BAY connector on the control board is not lighting up, but the TO ECU and TRUNK AREA ONES are green. Thank you in advance for any and all help.

EDIT- Light wasn’t coming on because FCM was open. The TO ENGINE BAY light is on but still no water out of FCM.
