Default Direct port injection with DI

Hello, I have a 2013 Golf R with the EA113 2.0l direct injection turbo. I will be going Stage 3 with the APR kit. GTX28R and APR intercooler. I have also acquired the HPA intake manifold.

I have already purchased the HSF-4 but I do not have a tank yet or nozzles or anything else. I have read in a couple threads that the 6 way block is best putting 1 nozzle immediately after the intercooler and then another nozzle 8" after that along with the 4 direct nozzles?

Also, I am unsure as to which 6 nozzles to aquire. Do I run 4 tiny at the intake manifold with 2 medium in the piping?

I see that Richard is the resident guru so if you would please tell me which 6 nozzles, filters, line etc etc.. to get.

Lastly, I have found a handful of reservoirs out there but nothing that will fit where I want it to go. Any suggestions for more options?

Thanks!

What is the expected power from the mods? It will help to size the jets.
I think one nozzle immediately after the IC is sufficient.

Assuming you are in the region of 350hp, you can inject around 350-525 (1-1.5cc/hp) pf M50/W50. Divide 500cc between 4 +1 (ports and IC) will be approximately 100cc per nozzle.

I can be more accurate once you have posted your power.

Q1. What is your reason for port injection? Lack of fuel?

Q2. What tank space is available? This is for trunk installation?

Richard, the projected power will be around 530-550 crank hp.

A1. Reasoning behind direct port is twofold, 1 is to be able to run 100 oct maps without using race gas and 2 to keep the valves clean.

A2. The pump/tank install will be in the hatch area. I plan on using the MKV R32 battery floor piece and install the tank there.

I also forgot to ask if you carry or know of where I can aquire M8 threaded bungs? I have found numerous 1/8NPT ones but none in M8.
