Default Injecting water/methanol mixture

Hello I am after some advice I am currently installing my aquamist system and have a slight worry about my nozzle location. I have a Radtec intercooler fitted to my Focus ST and I have fitted the nozzle on the outlet pipe of this cooler. Now after looking on this site I have relised that methanol and aluminium don't mix well. My question is will it still be ok to inject at this point as the mixture should be carried away as soon as it is injected.

It doesn't matter any more as I have juse relised that I have another aluminium pipe afer this point so will have to mount the nozzle above this anyway.
