Default Duty Cycle vs Optimal Atomization vs Jet size

Hi Richard,

I am wondering in what condition does the HFS-3 system work the best in terms of PWM duty cycle and jet size.

I am currently running 4x 850cc injectors maxed out at around 65% IDC. I am using the 1.2 mm jet. Would the system perform better if I adjust pre-amp to 1.5 from 1 so the PWM would max out its duty cycle (65%*1.5=97.5%) and go with a smaller size jet? By "better", I mean better atomization and more efficient.

Yes, it will perform much better, it will also solve your WL issues. Currently, this is a mis-match on the incoming IDC and the system. The system/trimmers will function more accurately if you can cut x1 and solder link x1.5.

Try it is is totally reversible.
