Default Documentation on how IDC injection works?

Greetings,

Im new to the forum here as well as new to Aquamist and am wondering if someone can point me in a direction regarding explanation on how IDC injection works, how much fluid is consumed vs boost based injection etc. I am also curious if there is a on/off switch with the HFS-3 so that I can simply turn it off when tuning the car.

IDC = injector duty cycle. Fuel is delivered using IDC%

The aquamist HFS system uses this signal to mirror fuel flow. The higher the IDC%, the more water/meth is injected into the engine.

There is a push button on the dash gauge, you can use it to turn the system on or off.

Essentially the system is always injecting then? Is there a way to have it begin injecting at a certain IDC%? If I can avoid using fluid when simply cruising around that would be helpful.

The system can be set to trigger between 12% to 72% IDC.

So my installer is completing the HFS 3 installation. How does he physically adjust the point at which the system injects? I am now aware it injects based on IDC between 12-72% but what knob/button etc do we use?

Also, what failsafes are there besides the fluid level and flow sensors if any? What do these failsafes do, meaning, if the level is low or the fluid valve detects no fluid moving throught the lines what does the system do to protect the car? Does it tie into the ECU somehow to control the engine?

On page 13.2 of the user manual, it explain how this works.

On page 18, it explains all the failsafe options.
