Default 2009 Audi TTS IE intake manifold install thread

Posting up the photos of how I decided to install my HFS4 system. I figured slightly longer direct port tubing would not cause and issues as they have check valves and a check valve down near the post IC jet.
Comments or observations or suggestions welcome.

Very nice work. You can swap the vent outlet to the other side. (patient, long screw to undo and do up)

Looks really neat.

Thanks any all feedback is appreciated. I was thinking that I would hear that the direct port feed was too long. I was hoping since the injectors had check valves it shouldnt matter?

Default Oser Gauge Pod install

I used the OSER gauge pod but without cutting down the original vent and shorting it I would have had the A/C blowing around inside the dash. This would have made those other 2 center ducts not work very well at all. Since I live in Florida that wasn't an option. So I basically sawed the original vent stack shorter by the distance of the OSIR pod insert. Then I siliconed it all together. I drilled a hole in the side to let the wire into the vent.

Yea, tuner got close to 20 degrees more of timing and it stops me from running out of fuel on my stock S3 injectors. Car runs like a raped ape so much I am moving up to a 6771 EFR twin scroll. I am running 50/50 by weight.

"Raped ape"! Brilliant. This is how I will describe the performance benefits of Aquamist from now on, if you don't mind Richard. Thank you Brd Prey and nice job on the install.

Beautiful installation...

I have one question, the charge pipe jet is deep enough so the spray is not impeded by the depth of the thread hole.
