Default HFS-5 Inline flow control valve problem

Hi, I have installed the HFS-5 kit on a 2013 BMW 6. The pump is coming on underboost, the gauge doesn't recognize any flow. When I apply 12volts to the inline control valve, then the methanol goes through the flow sensor and the gauge recognizes it. I am getting 12volts on the terminal 1 and 2 at the control box. What problem do I have?
Thank you!

You may have a clogged flow sensor. What is the serial number? Some later ones are serviceable.

Hi, Richard! Thank you for your reply. Just to clarify something....
When there is methanol flowing through the flow sensor, the gauge is recognizing the flow. My problem is I am not getting the methanol past the inline flow control valve and I know the valve is good because when I apply 12volts to it, then the methanol goes through it, the flow sensor sees it and shows in on the gauge. Any other ideas?
Thanks for your help.

How did you active the valve before applying 12V to it.

I could not . The control box could not activate it. Terminal 1 and 2 both have 12volts.

Lets go back a step.

Which version of HFS5 do you have? Look at the controller box.
