Default HFS3 power supply issue

Just got HFS3 kit from Auqamist.

Try to set it up today, everything's ok while connecting the system.

Checking the power-up procedure, issue comes out. no leds at gauge.

Check the power in connector, seems no pb, red wire to the IGN switch.
white and black wires grounded.

fuse is ok, power supply is ok from power harness.

Is there anything wrong with the controler?

Two things:

1. Is the gauge switched in? Button doem.
2. Did you connect the red of the grey connector to a known +12V? This +12V source should only be active at the pre-crank position.

The system needs the red wire for powering up.

If you want the system to be trigger by MAP sensor only, it can only work as a single stage system.

That means system won't work without red wire even in single stage mode?

i had a hfs-1 system on another car, trigger by MAP sensor with only blue wire

This is correct, the system will not power up uintil the red wire of the grey connector sees a 12V.
