OK, finally got it working right...I had to use the brown wire on the injector positive.

Green wire on injector positive gave full on IDC led. Green wire on injector positive with the polarity changed on the board from negative to positive gave no IDC led.

Thanks for the update. Do you have a ECU pinout diagram you can posr me (richard@aquamist.co.uk)? I like to make a proper wiring drawing for the 335i. A few pictures of the ECU is welcomed.

It is strange that the waveform is reversed and the injector positive.

Richard,
What exactly do you want? I have the E82/E90 135i/335i wiring diagrams and service/shop manuals. A company that sponsors me manufactures a piggy-back computer, the CP-E Standback II DIEMS (Direct Injection Engine Management System). When installing it, the instructions require you to pop the pins out of the harnesses and plug in the Standback wires. These wires obviously tie into the Fuel, Igntion, boost, etc, or the important areas, to control the engine. Let me know what you need, i'd be glad to help. The shop / service manual and wiring diagrams are on CDs, so i can make you a copy and mail them across the pond

Richard,

Take a look at the N54 tech docs. The fuel system really has a lot in common with a diesel fuel system.

I had a quick browse in that forum, threis a great deal of WI interest there. I check with some old info on the brown wire of the injetcor, it is switch to ground or negative switch. So it is correct to leave the green wire as it is and link to PWM(-).

I have spoken to Terry in Person but he could help me much on the injectors front. He did help me with the MAP sensor location etc. Nice guy. I don't want to bother him to much. He sells Coolinghmist systems.
