Default Need help for a friend, HFS-6 spray issue

Buddy of mine is currently getting his 2005 STi tuned at a shop a state away from him, so he has only been told via phone what is going on with his car when they are trying to tune it with the WI working.

He has the HFS-6, installed properly as far as we could before the tune (wired in, pump and lines run), the shop did the rest.

While on the dyno, they are saying that it is not spraying properly, something they are seeing while logging the tune data.

It does spray in test mode, but will not stay in calibration mode due to some issue.

The shop claims to have tried to contact Aquamist over the past few days, but have not gotten a response to their inquiry.

If anyone has any tips, or can speed up the process in contacting the shop please reply or PM me.

Sorry my details are scarce, I'm relaying info that was relayed from the guy doing the tune to a guy at the shop who in turn contacted my friend. I'm just hoping someone from Aquamist can contact the shop via the e-mail or phone number I can give out in a PM.

Thanks!

They can call me or if they have a time where they are with the car so we can run through a few things we can call them. Who is the company?

We'll give them a call tomorrow. Just a quick question? Where was the kit purchased and have they been contacted for help yet?

The kit was purchased at Vivid racing (who have been little to no help, unfortunately) but the MAC valve and fittings were bought from you, after finding out that Vivid knew next to nothing about installing and setting up the kit, they recommended calling Aquamist directly in the UK, which GRD did and still haven't gotten a reply.

How did you try to contact Aquamist? Just curious, they are usually very responsive.

FYI, I called today and GRD didn't have the details on what was wrong and said they'd have to(or the tuner) call back later when they had the info together. Haven't heard back. We tried.

Thanks for trying, hopefully they get back to you tonight or tomorrow. I'm not sure when the tuner will be back in, but he's usually there later in the evening.

GRD said they called Aquamist in the UK, should they try e-mail instead?
