Default Tuning Effects with WMI

Can anyone confirm the effect of WMI on the AFR of a turbo 4 cylinder car, will it enrichen or lean out the AFR? I think i read it leans out by around 0.5 AFR but that might be totally incorrect.

Have seen that running WMI allows you to advance the ignition timing more, can anyone confirm that?
