Default performance

hi everyone, i drive a 92 mr2 turbo, and water injection has been recommended to me, i just read a couple of post and am trying to figure out which system would be right for me, driveablitly is my main concern as my mr2 is my daily driver, i think the 1s would be ok for me, but i read that u can only set the system at one rate so it doesnt increase as rpm's increase, i was wondering if this would damper performance except for at the point where the setting was appropriate, also was wondering how difficult the systems are to install, and what about winter driving do u use an antifreeze? any info would be appriciated, thanks
