Default HFS-3 does not show all bars anymore?

My HFS-3 system use to show almost all bars under full boost, lately it only shows the s and the b and thats it when spraying
Its set up with a 3bar map sensor to start to spray at about 13psi up to 15psi. Its also set up to follow IDC... the failsafe wont trigger and even though is set up to do so if the set up sees less flow.
Any ideas why I now don't see full bars?
Thanks

Have you tested the system by manually activating it?
With the jets spraying outside the engine.

My first guess is a clogged jet or clogged filter.

Sorry for asking a dumb question but how do you check if the jet is clogged? How do you change the jet?

I found a leak in the receiving end of my flow sensor I fixed but I'm still having problems lighting up all the bars!

It's been said before on the boards but check your 4mm hoses all the time. They are maintanance items in hot engine bays!

Does your 2d system have a dash gauge?

Can you tell me the serial number of the flow sensor. Serial number over 3000 is user serviceable. May be the flow sensor is the problem.

I just fixed my problem by buying a new nozzle from howerton. It was easier than soaking my nozzle and hoping it would work!
