HFS-4 calibration

Hi guys! I'am newbie and very bad English
I have passat cc 4x4 2.0 cczb on JE pistons, IE rods, garrett 3076 gen2 and of course wmi HFS-4.
Everything was fine a while ago, methanol injection was set up and I didn't see the ignition retards, but recently found out that my exhaust manifold was cracked, I changed it, but now methanol is consumed much less and I see retards up to 6 degrees. I need your help in setup methanol injection to remove retards.
Let me know if need other info.
