Default 2013 VW Golf R questions

Just got my HFS-4 installed in my 2013 Golf R. Couple of questions

I am running my P/I-R for 100% boost controlled. Now, for some reason the injection only occurs when I am accelerating through the gears. IE it does not inject during a high boost 6th gear pull. I would imagine that if your engine load is high both on IDC and boost during the 6th gear pull, you should still have injection. Maybe something is set up wrong? Any help appreciated.

Im still trying to get CONFIRMED specs for my bosh injectors, but at first glance they are stated to be 1200CC injectors. Based off of the curve supplied, I am going to use 2 jets one @ 1.2mm and the other .9mm with a 60/40 mixture. Just want to confirm with the experts here if that is something worth while. Since my injectors are so big should I change the gain from 2.5 to 1.5? Also, I changed the MAP sensor to 3 bar, since my golf R reads well beyond 22psi.

Is there anything I'm missing? Much appreciated

Andy

If you want to inject based on boost only, you need to also set the system to be triggered by boost, using the MPS jumper link.

I would like to keep it IDC, but it seems like when I put the jumper to test IDC on the gauge, it only shows 2 bars during all load ranges. Im thinking the gain is off?

Are you using the green harness? The Golf R is a TFSI engine.
