1) Yes, adjusting SC totally has no effect, mb it shows 2 bars later or sooner with adjusting but no more than 2
2) We did it before, for the first run of the system. With FID close to 85% it shows 3 bars with 0.9mm jet.
3) Yes, we've got one specialist around. If You could provide us with small how to guide and image I think we could reprogram it.

I think we need tro know why the SC is not working, not probably due to a broken circuit board track in the gauge. Are you able to solder?

Before this, I would like you test the SC trimmer as follows:

1) open up the H3 controller.
2) move the jumper link form "PRK" to "BAR".
3) move the SC trimmer left and right, you shoudl will see the bars move on the gauge.

Let me know the result.

It didnt work, shows always 4 bar in BAR test mode, sc trimmer didn't change anything.
What could it be?

Th ebar test showed there is no comminucation between the gauge and controller.

The next step...
1. with the help of a magnifying glass, carefully check the two RJ connectors of the gauge cable, make sure there are no damages between the gold fingers.

2. Do you have a digital multimeter?

1. Why do You think so? Guage shows from 1 to 3 bars when i'm driving (my max fuel injector duty cycles ~ 65%). In test bar mode it shows 4 bars, but SC didn't change anything. As I thing something wrong with SC.
2. Yes I have digital multimeter.

The flow signal is OK but "SC" link is not there to put more gain the on the gauge.

Here is how it work:
1. The controller read the SC setting from the gauge
2. Depending on the SC setting, the controller will modify the flow signal from the flow sensor and send it back to the gauge for display.

I know if is complicated, but this is how it works

If you have a multimeter, can you tell me the voltage at test pin22 relative to the ground pin (bottom left of the test pins). This is a direct reading of the SC trimmer.

If the SC trimmer is set to 12 o'clock, it should read 2.5V. the full range of the SC trimmer is 0-5V.

I await your test result.

Hello Richard, I'll be able to do it only in two weeks, cause it's client car and it'll be in our workshop in two weeks.

Can you solder? It can be handy if there is a dry joint to repair.

Hi Richard, there is a long time but now I am back to this problem.
I measure pin22 relative to ground, it's 2.48V no matter what SC setting is set.
What should I do next?
