Default dyno test suggestions

I will be taking my RX7 to a dyno on Thursday. I plan on a base test with no WI @15psi, then .9mm (8% w/f ratio), then .9mm+.4mm pre-turbo (14% w/f), then .4 pre-turbo, .7+.8 (20% w/f), then adding methanol around 20% to whichever of the previous runs produced the most HP. Does this sound like a plan? Does anyone have any suggestions?
( I have a 2D, with a Shurflo pump and accumulator.)

Are you going to trim fuel and timing during the test?

It takes nerves of steel to lean down a turbo rotary, doesn't it?
Rumour has it that even at a *hint* of detonation you're looking at a rebuild, eh?

Yes. Detonation is deadly to a rotary. There's a guy from Australia who posts on the RX7 board who says he has tested timing and fuel adjustments, and they don't have much impact. He just runs lots of water, and turns up the boost
I'm reluctant to do that on a dyno, but I routinely run 15psi, so I should be OK. I'm hoping injecting pre-turbo gives me some extra HP, but the post-turbo is more for anti-detonation. There, I'm hoping to find the amount that doesn't cost HP. Once I establish where that is, it'll be hit the road and run 20psi.

In very rough terms, if you're running richer than 12:1 and add water on top you're lucky if you don't lose power.
Maybe the rotary's different, who knows...EGTs are generally higher on wankels, aren't they?

I believe they are considerably higher. I'm pretty much a dummy on this stuff. I had been running the .9mm jet with the Aquamist and wasn't sure that was enough to absolutely prevent detonation. So, I went to the Shurflo, and am now going to experiment. Just looking for suggestions on that experiment.
