I think you'd better send the board to Jeff to be repaired. I don't think you will charge you. Just pay the return postage.

He can even test it out at 40% IDC,

OK. Thanks Richard. I will send it to him. On another note: I used a 5k resistor on the orange wire on the ecu cable. Tephra said to use 5k in his thread, but you had written 220 in your diagram. Do I need to change this? Thanks

The tephra patch is very flexible. The software can make trimmings to suit any resistor. Send me the link and I will read it and change to 5K if needed.

Just received the controller back from Jeff.

Thank you both for troubleshooting the mess I made.

What steps do you recommend from here?

What settings? Or measure the injector signal again?

I think you should go through the page 14.3 to 14.5 test procedures.

Please let me know.

Ok, I have to see when I get time to take the bumper off again.

One question:

If my cruise and wot voltage were 2 and 1.9 volts before, would they not both be right at 3.0 volts now. How does the controller tell the difference?

I don't think you need to get the bumper off. If you have the engine running, it will probably be OK to spray into the inlet tract for a second or two.
