Default aquamist and Volvo 850 corrosion warning

ive been running a 2D system for quite some time now and ive discovered a problem. on the 850, and probably other turbo models, the plastic pipe that comes from the intercooler to the throttle body has two metal inserts at either end, probably to stop crushing from the rubber hose jubilies, unfortunately the one down stream from the water injection nozle had become quite baddly corroaded so i had to remove it. i dont think this will cause any issues as if your careful tightening the jubilie clip it doesnt seem to squash the plastic pipe at all. id suggest modding the pipe at your own risk, as it could in thoery, blow off durring high boost pressures if its not tight enough, but obviously having bits of rusty metal flaking off and going through the engine isnt a good scenario either.
