Default Problems with set up

Hi Richard. I'm having a few issues getting my hsf3 system up and running. I've everything installed but the system won't prime. When I put the sys jumper in nothing happens.
Also I turned 4the threshold down when I rev the engine the gauge cuts out and the water level light comes on and nothing from the jet. I have idc on the controller and map signal I've soldered the mps link and b for the flow map table for the single jet.

I've checked and double checked all wiring and piping it's all fine as far as I can see. You have wattsapp I can send you a video? Cheers

Yes bought it off you a few months ago was waiting on a few other thing for install so only getting it up and running now. Have a look at the video below I've since turned down (cw) the threshold and it's not cutting out so quickly. Still can't get the system to purge tho

good video.

Can you tell me:

1. Is the pump 's black wire grounded?
2. The size of your fuel injector?
3. The pump relay fuse is changed, why?

Pump is grounded to a bolt in the boot. Definitely a ground as the electric aerial is using it. Injectors are 540cc (upgraded to newer model Mr2 turbo injectors from 440) running at 80pc duty cycle.

I was just checking the fuse and replaced it with one I had there it wasn't blown

The pump and FAV worked when I fitted it up first. I had the red wire on 1St position ignition wire and it came on constantly so I changed it to a 2nd position ignition live and it stopped. Think it was getting 100pc idc at 1St position

It appears the 12V power is not received by the controller. Where are you connecting the red wire of the power connector to?
