just replied to the PM Rickk207.

we found the 0.6mm injector was the best option, the 0.7mm and 0.8mm were putting in too much to the small 1.6l engine and we were loosing power, with the 0.6mm it works perfect.

as for the wiring.... its definitely a job for a Peugeot specialist!

ah oke i was thinking about going to the nearest Peugeot garage and ask them.
but also found the wiring of a r56 mini cooper s, its the same engine and the diagarm of his ECU looks the same as the 207.

what type of thread is it? its M8 but its other thread.
btw, the diagram is the same from the mini and the 207

Andy sharp (above) mentioned 0.6 am 0.7mm. I think it is pretty accurate. The systemn come with 3 jets, so go for 0.5, 0.6 and 0.7mm.

It is not so critical for the jet sizes as the system and adjust flow electronically.

The system comes with jet adaptor (1/8NPT). If you don't use it the jet is M8 x 0.75mm

Found it thanks.

The set was deliverd with 0,9 0,8 and 0,7...
But i traded the 0,9 with a 0,6 so thats fine.
Tomorrow gonna finish the install.
