HFS 3 issue on Evo X

Hi,

I had my re tune today on dyno and everything run as fine. Until when i was driving back home i encountered strange incident on my gauge.

"B" Led was flashing first when i hit around 3k to 4k rpm and "water level" led lights up after 2 seconds. Subsequently, the "W.injection" was light up too.

I noticed that on every gear at approx 3k to 4k rpm, the "B" will flash and when i throttle more, "water level" light up first then together with "W.injection" led.

And when i throttle more and hold, both lights stay.

My flow bar shows 4 bars light up.

Checked that my tank level was more than 80%

Running 50 water 50 meth

"SC" was set at 2 o clock (clockwise) and WL and WH intact at 12 o clock position

This brand new kit was installed this year July and tuned.
