just some more testing and the water level lamp comes on as well.
i checked the nozzle and the line and that appears to be ok.
the car was 320bhp, its only done this since the engine upgrade.
ive tried adjusting both the wl and wh adjusters and it doesn't seem to make a great deal of difference, the nozzle size is 0.8 is it that it just needs a bigger nozzle.

If you are using a small nozzle, you need to solder link 1&2 so the flow sensor is more sensitive. You nozzle is too small for 450 hp.

Is the 1.8tt is direct injection engine? if it is what is the engine code. You might also need to set the IDC prescaler to x2.5.

Which version of HFS3 do you have? Or post the serial number here.

I think the engine code is not relevant as it's not standard,it's bored to a 2ltr with forged rods pistons etc, the head has been ported ect.
The block started as bam and cylinder head agu.
Injectors are in the inlet manifold (750cc)
What size would you suggest for injector as a starting point.
Cheers Hugh

1.5cc/hp for M50:W50 0.8+0.9mm jet
2cc/hp for 100% methanol 0.9+1.0mm jet

Based on the standard jets comes with the kit

Can you link FDC and tell me how many bars you can see at WOT.

Try the x1.5 IDC scaler if the gauge does not show full bars.
