Default blend 99,5% methanol 0,5% klotz oil

cai i use a blend 50-50...water and methalol at 99,5% (+ 0,5% of oil klotz)?

in italy i can't find 100% methanol...but only a mixture 99,5% of alcohol and 0,5% of antioxidant oil

Ah, I see.

I have seen references on here to the oils in fuels for radio controlled cars (with nitromethane) causing the pumps and nozzles to get plugged up with gummy residue, but I have never seen Richard offer his opinion on this. . . I'm not sure if he really watches this forum any more or not. :sad:

I try to visit this site as much as I can.

Oil is not good for EPDM because miost wetted part on the system is prone to swelling when in contact with oil.
